Welcome to Brazen Influencers and our studio, Brazen Studios L.A. (“brazenstudios”), a division of Daisi Media Corp.. This is a community of Brazen Influencers and we want you to thrive! We have some simple guidelines that we think will help everyone get along and flourish but first a little bit of housecleaning.



We collect the following personal information from you on the site (the “Site):

  • Your first and last legal name

  • Your date of birth

  • Your email address

  • Your telephone number

  • Your mailing address


Why we collect this information: We collect this information from you for the purpose of assessing your application to become a Member. For example, we ask you for your real name to verify your identity, to review your activity on social media channels and to avoid confusing your real name with your stage name. We ask for your birthdate to confirm you are either 18 or older or between 13 and 17 years old. You may not apply to be a Creator unless you are 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 17, then you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian to complete the application process.


What we do with this information: We use this information to communicate with you regarding the status of your application. If you become an accepted Member then we also use this information to allow you to benefit from Brazen Studios and Brazen Influencers. For example, if you are invited to become a Member:


  • We will contact you by email or by telephone with this good news,

  • We will send you emails with regular updates about the benefits of the Brazen Influencers program,

  • We may mail beauty products and event tickets to your address and

  • We will permit you to book studio time online at our Los Angeles, California location using your email address.


How we disclose this information: We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties except in these limited circumstances:

How long we store this information: We retain your information to keep track of your application, regardless of whether you become or remain a Member. Brazen Studios L.A. is committed to supporting and protecting it’s members and staff. We draw lines around a few narrowly defined but deeply important categories of content and behavior that jeopardize our users, threaten our infrastructure, and damage our community.


Behavior that is not permitted includes but is not limited to:


Malicious speech regarding topics of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or ethnic origin.


Harm to other members by means of bullying or posting violent content. 


Promotions or glorification of self inflicted harm. 


Plagiarism or stealing of other’s creative works. Copyright or trademark infringement. Reposting is permitted with proper tags and owner explicit permission. 


Spamming or fraudulent links.


Threatening anyone in any community and/or associated with Brazen Studios L.A. and/or Daisi Media Corp.. 


  • Brazen Influencers accepted Members are not employees of Brazen Influencers, Brazen Studios L.A. or Daisi Media Corp.. Brazen Influencers approves its Members using lots of different criteria that are not the same as the criteria used to select employees; your online persona, your geographic area, your content following and other factors may be considered.  We believe this collective criteria contributes to the creative and diverse harmonious online environment. There isn’t one isolated singular criteria captures our selection process, and the criteria changes on an ongoing basis. We can’t take everyone, so if we’ve chosen you it is because we feel you have a special uniqueness that we feel will contribute to our unique environment. We also reserve the right to rotate people out to keep the community lively. If you aren’t accepted into our community, you are always welcome to apply again. 


  • By joining our community,  you are not an employee of Brazen Studios LA and/or Daisi Media Corp., you are never required to participate in any of  our programs, events or special activities. When you do participate,  you are responsible for any consequences of attending events or receiving products. We are not liable to you if the event you attend, the product you receive or review, or the activity you engage is isn’t what you thought it would be, or you expend resources in order to attend the event, or you are injured as a result. We won’t pay your way, reimburse you, or give you any money to participate. It’s all at your own risk.

  • Our goal in creating Brazen Influencers is to create a community of beauty and fashion creators who are inspired and determined to grow their channels and careers, learn about new products and trends, and attend events. Members will have special access to influential people in the beauty and fashion community, including one-on-one time with mentors and other successful influencers, and gain insights and input from the best in the business. As a Member, you also have direct access to our studio (Brazen Studios L.A.) in the Los Angeles area, where you can reserve studio time to create professional quality videos.


  • We may on occasion ask your opinion by sending you a survey. It is important to us that your feedback is genuine, so we’ll never tell you what to say or when to say it. We ask that you give truthful and thoughtful evaluations of the products you receive, honest assessments of the events you attend, and well-reasoned accounts of the experiences you have as a Member.


  • If you attend any of our special events and meetings,  we may require you to sign special releases. These are legal releases our lawyers require, and if you are not comfortable signing them, it is likely we cannot let you partake in the event or activity. In the event you are under the  age of 18, we may ask you to get your parent or guardian’s permission.


  • If you no longer wish to be a Member, just tell us, by sending an email to us at We will remove you from our list of Members promptly.  If you have other questions, you’re welcome to ask them. Please send an email to us at and we’ll do our best to assist you.
